I did both jillian michael’s workout, 30 day shred + Ripped in 30 throughout the course, I eat clean + run too
I’ve decided to make my own fitblr today to keep track of my progress and future goals! =) I’m very happy with my small progress so far and i hope to make it a habit, reach my fitness goals and inspire people!
